After  I received  a  low bone density test result I knew I needed  to walk more, so I did.  Improving how I walked was the next thing and I found answers at the   Body-Brain Balance class.  It is relaxed instruction  to gentle music in how to position my feet and bear the weight over them and move through a range of positions without fear of falling.  E M Auckland

Having known Annie for a few years now I can highly recommend her classes as something to try no matter what level of fitness you currently have. Annie is a perfect example of how we can control the age we feel by the effort we put into our own minds and bodies.
