Swiss Ball Body-Brain Conditioning (for over 40’s)
A series of mentally challenging exercises to improve the learning of better body use.
We use Swiss balls in the second half of the class to improve core stability, and hand weights which add resistance to the strength work.
Studies show that working out using Swiss balls improves your dynamic stability and cognitive control.
