As a Movement Educator with over 30 years experience, I’ve studied and taught many forms of exercise and movement, including the Feldenkrais Method®
Body-Brain Exercise is based on the principles of Dr Moshe Feldenkrais, biomechanics, exercise physiology and somatic arts and sciences.
Using Dr Feldenkrais’ awareness through movement process it works on integration rather than isolation of individual parts of the body.
Our method is a foundation for all other exercise and performance activities as well as a therapeutic treatment education for back, hip, knee and shoulder-neck pain.
